Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping:ย Delivery within 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-14 business days for international orders.
- Expedited Shipping:ย Delivery within 2-4 business days for domestic orders and 5-7 business days for international orders.
- Express Shipping:ย Delivery within 1-2 business days for domestic orders and 3-5 business days for international orders.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are based on the destination and weight of your order. Shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process, where you can review the costs before confirming your purchase. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from La'Vella unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After shipment, a follow-up email with tracking information will be sent so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
International Orders & Fees
La'Vella ships within the U.S. and Canada. For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected upon delivery. Customers shipping to Canada are also responsible for paying these fees. To avoid these charges, purchases can be made through a local distributor in your area.

To ensure the timely delivery of your order, please double-check your shipping information before confirming your purchase.
Shipping Limitations & Claims
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please note that we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by acts of nature or other issues with the courier. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact customer support atย support@lavellahair.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier, if possible. Claims typically take 7-10 business days to resolve. During this time, you may place another order if needed. Should the claim result in a refund, we will reimburse the cost of the item, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
Scheduling & Shipping Regulations
To allow sufficient time for your product's delivery, we recommend scheduling appointments at least 4-5 days in advance. For items containing hazardous materials, we are required to ship via FedEx ground. Please note that hazardous materials cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
